Jeff DeBroeck adds, "Yes it was on the roster but never renumbered, some of the publications list it as being used as parts but I do not think it is accurtate. It was a USATC 0-6-0 switcher just like the 310 class except it did not have siamesed sand domes. It was a USRA design. I think it was probably dedicated to Fort Richardson."
