Dining aboard a cruise ship is more about celebrating the meal than just replenishing calories. All meals were made fresh in the ship's galley with oversight from a master chef. Our waiters would not permit us to put our napkins in our laps or crack open our own lobster or crab legs or squeeze lemons. Therefore even a fourth-class dining clod like myself achieved pampered rock star status. Want more crab legs? Just ask. Two desserts? Say it and it becomes so. Need a half portion of the main course as an appetizer? We are happy to acquiesce your request. Terry was in heaven as she could eat ice cream 24/7. Due to our mini-suite status we had preferential seating in our main dining room. Pretty cool walking straight into the dining room while throngs of others waited in line. 6/1/17 |
