Additional Notes:

People have asked which locomotive was on display in Fairbanks. "Engine #1" was the very first locomotive purchased for the Tanana Valley Railroad. It was put on display in Fairbanks and eventually moved to Pioneer Park where it is restored and operated. This H.K. Porter 0-4-0 is H.K. Porter builders plate #1972, built in Pittsburg PA in 1899.
